Balsamic Vinegar Is Balsamic Vinegar OK To Use In A Chuck Steak Marinade?

Is balsamic vinegar OK to use in a chuck steak marinade? - balsamic vinegar

Most recipes for meat marinade I've seen call for submission of red wine. I do not want to buy a bottle of wine, just because I have a few tablespoons of marinade for meat. I have balsamic vinegar, but the question of whether it would also be ready to use bee.

If you are a little too sharp, then with a red wine vinegar. Relativelt In a small bottle, but still lighter than balm. I suggest you do not have balsamic vinegar, because it tends to be very strong. Red wine vinegar is a lighter version in the basics and gives a pleasant taste of meat marinades.

If you, a little Dijon mustard and a teaspoon. Lemon juice. But no sugar, sugar is not much help. But a tip from someone else is always red wine vinegar, if desired. But if you, or, if the only thing in his hand, no problem.

Hello.
I'm Italian and I live in Milan. I am addicted to balsamic vinegar for use in strawberries.
A tip for you meat? Make a marinade of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of mustard and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
It will be great, but not an abuse of balsamic vinegar ... 3 tablespoons cooking max.

Balsamic vinegar is dark, mild effect vinagar. You can use a little lemon juice in their power in the flavor of the marinade in the balance ... Go!

Balsamic vinegar is a fabric softener. Deluta with a little water and add your spices, a little brown sugar and mustard

The taste is slightly different, but works well. You can grape juice, so that instead of wine.

I think it would be cool - a pinch of sugar or two, if you want to reduce the acidity.
