I played lacrosse for 10 years, assistant coach for the 1st Time last year and the car will come in this season ... My daughters school had a big problem with the movement, the quest for unity and the unity of the team / chemistry. Frankly, I think some people have a lot of things with me and I tried a different approach this year .... mainly because it is all about me, I will have the power.
Every idea will be kicked? together? the ideas of team spirit? different types of practices? I'm on it!

What I did was my coach told me that if we left, 500 for each of us an ice cream and a tour of Hummer late in the season and at the end to go 10.4 've had a great year. Give them a reward for the work. They also know their players during the long bus rides thats always a good idea.
During the low season, you can animate your masters conditioning sessions. Help captains liaison officer teams.
Spaghetti dinner on the evening before the first game.
Take a trip to a game at the local university to see (male or female).
