It could be eczema. Consult a doctor.

Ringworm is shown with a circular rash, and usually in the feet or hands.

I spent three months with a penis, miss diagnosed thrice.

If I were you, I see dermotologist book.

Do not listen to Paul W. My best friend has this problem in exactly accurate (at the same time the beginning of winter) per year. The fact that the moths and the doctor can not help you (completely heal, unfortunately).

It looks like a worm ring at all. will certainly not repeat the same time every year. You may have a bit of psoriasis, which is ignited by the weather. There are so many possibilities, what could be, without seeing that he does not really make assumptions. I am sure, to clarify his doctor, for the chance you.Good
